You Can Make a Difference
Have you always wanted to help animals, but weren’t sure how? You’re in the right place.
At Animal Rescue of the Rockies, volunteers make our work possible. Their compassion and teamwork help save at-risk dogs and cats every day.
Whether you want to work directly with animals or help behind the scenes, there’s a place for you at ARR. Volunteers support fostering, transport, adoption events, animal care, administrative tasks, and remote support from home.
When you volunteer with ARR, you become part of a passionate community working together to give homeless pets a second chance. No matter your role, you’ll be making a real difference in an animal’s life.

Working Towards the Day When Every Pet Has a Loving Home
ARR pulls homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters and places them in loving foster homes until their forever homes are found. We promote spaying and neutering to reduce pet overpopulation and encourage quality relationships between pets and their people through behavior resources and training.
