Colorado Licensing and Registration
Animal Rescue of the Rockies is licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s PACFA Division. PACFA (Pet Animal Care Facilities Act) requires shelters and rescues to provide standards of care ensuring the health and safety of pets. ARR not only meets these minimum care standards, but we strive to go above and beyond these measures. Our pets are housed in foster homes where they receive healthy food, exercise, veterinary care, and most of all, love!
