Hooray, Dodger was finally adopted after months in foster care. He was adopted by his foster mom’s brother in Wisconsin! Dodger’s new dad said that “Dodger is a precious soul and my sister sends me entirely too many snapchats of him!” Congrats to Dodger and his new family!
